Dear Mr。Li，
Dear all personal of the Hospital
It is with great honor today ，that I take a few moment to write to you about my personal experience ， as well as my wife’s experience in your Hospital。
It may sound quite exagerative to all of you ， but in the summarized overall ， I can with not even one restriction or doubt say ， that all your personal (and I mean all of your people working here) have made the stay on the 15 floor ， in your hospital the most memorable stay that me and my wife have never ever felt in any kind of HOTEL of any range。
Your Personel has found the way to express the real meaning of impeccable service !
For your knowledges ， I myself travel around the world nearly as an Airline pilot ， And for instance I am living literally out of my suitcase 。 I go in and out of CHINA for more than 8 years now 。 Therefore my stays in 5 or more stars hotel ， are always very nice。 Said that ， there is not even one hotel in this world which has come even close to the devotion and the impeccability of your hospital’s personnel 。 I am usually a person which want perfection in his life ， like this of course there are so many situation in common life ， where I can easely get upset 。 Well ， here it was a MIRACLE。 I didn’t even had the chance to get upset or even to find a mistake。 Just because there was not even one smallest mistake 。 Everything was just perfect!
Every single details was done perfectly right ， and more surprising with a speed and precision， which will never ever been possible in even a German hospital (where I was born by the way )。 I am myself really just so happy having found your hospital and finally having the high professional intervention of all of your staff for giving birth to my little girl AGELINA GRACE。 I hope one day ， when she grow up ， I can bring her back to this hospital and she can say “thank you ” to all of you in person。
Even if the emotions of myself and my wife are focused towards our new bom kid ， there is still my eyes looking and trying to find the gaps ， the little something which went wrong ， well ，I admit and proudly thank all of your staff for just having made everything the most perfect journey ， with the most precious and valuable gift of this world :MY GIRL ， MY NEW BABY!
Mr Li ，my wife and I wanted to thank all of you from the bottom of our heart for this memorable time in company of marvelous people ， and rest assured that all my friends ， specially in EUROPE and USA ， have been so happy knowing all was such a perfect time for us 。 What a great Hospital you have made here in Dong guan。 This should be granted the premium Oscars if there was any。
Last but not least ， I want to thank today my wife ， for having given to me the most adorable kid ， that CHRISTMAS in my eyes can have given me as a gift for my life。 I will be for ever thankful to you JENNIFER， and for all the pain you had and have to suffer。

尊敬的李先生：
尊敬的医院全体员工：
今天，我非常荣幸地写信给你们，重温我和我的太太在贵医院度过的一段难忘时光。
对你们来讲，这听起来似乎有点夸张，但是，总而言之，我几乎是情不自禁、发自内心地说：你们（我指的是医院的全体工作人员）让我和我的太太在贵院十五楼度过了有生以来最难忘的一段时光，那是我在世界各地的星级酒店服务中都从没有体验过的。
你们的员工已经找到了体现最佳服务真义的方式
你们知道，我象飞行员一样游遍世界各地，一个毫不夸张的形象的说法就是我和衣箱是形影不离的。最近八年我经常来往中国大陆，住在五星或更高星级酒店，感觉已经非常好了。但是，我敢说在世界上的任何一间酒店，都没有象贵院员工那样表现出近乎忘我的奉献精神和无可匹敌的优良服务。在生活中我是一个 完美主义者，因此，在很多情况下，我会很容易陷入沮丧。但是，现在在我身边出现了一个奇迹，在贵院那里，我甚至没有机会感到失望或寻找差错，仅仅因为你们工作根本就没有任何瑕疵，一切都尽善尽美！
每一个细节都体现出令人惊异的精确和效率，做得无可挑剔。这甚至在德国的医院里都是不可思议的（顺便提一句，我在德国出生）。能够入住贵院并享受到如此之高的专业服务，让我倍感欢欣，在这里，我们迎来了小女儿安吉丽娜 。 格蕾丝的降生。希望有朝一日，当她长大的时候，我能够带她重返贵院，让她以个人的名义向你们表达谢意。
尽管我们把全部的情感和精神都倾注在小宝贝身上，但是，我必须面对现实，有一个小的方面出了点问题！现在，我必须承认：经过你们的努力，一切过程都已经变得十分顺利，是你们带给我们这个世界上最珍贵的礼物——我的女儿，我的新生宝贝！
李先生，我和我太太从心底里对你们表示由衷的感谢，感谢你们这些神奇的人们陪伴我们度过了一段难以忘怀的时光。另外可以肯定的是，我所有的朋友，尤其是在欧洲、美国的那些朋友，知道了我们这段精彩的经历之后都会替我们高兴的。你们使得东莞的这家医院如此伟大，它应该被授予医务界的奥斯卡奖（如果有这个奖项的话！）！
最后，我要感谢的是我太太，她给了我一个最最可爱的宝贝，在我眼里，那个圣诞节已赐予了我一个终生的大礼。我将永远感激你，为我的太太——詹妮弗经历的所有痛楚和磨难。
